GRIFFITH NOTES: "Riverina Football Record" May 9, 1982 - No. 6 

By Swan: Congratulations to the Riverina team who never left any doubt about the outcome of the game against Murray League, it was a great win and we wish them all the best for next weeks game.
What a great last quarter by the RFL Under 19's, unfortunately, it was too late.
Back to the competition games today and Griffith make the trip to Waga to play Turvey Park. Misfortune still follows the Swans with Paul Baldi with his ankle in plaster and doubt as to when he will play again, Phil McGarry who played one game with the Swans will not be returning to Griffith and so it goes on.
On a happier note, it is great to see Max Turner out of plaster still it will be a while before he can line up with the Swans again.
Good luck to the three teams lining up today, we know you will give your best, that's what counts.
