Match report: A dominant second half from Collingullie-Wagga guided the Demons to a 64-point win over Mangoplah-CUE in their qualifying final clash. The Demons had the opening two goals of the game through Harry Wichman and Nate Mooney before Lewis Pulver hit back with the first for MCUE. Collingullie-Wagga would respond with the next three before Pulver's second reduced the margin to 23 points heading into quarter time. It was a pretty even second term and a goal to Flynn Collins after the halftime siren had the Goannas heading to the sheds behind by 22 points. In the third term it was all the Demons as they booted five unanswered goals to take a 53-point lead into three-quarter time. Collingullie-Wagga continued their run in the fourth quarter kicking the four opening goals before Lachy Kendall got one back for the Goannas. Matt Klemke would respond for the Demons before Pulver had his fourth and fifth to finish the game out for MCUE. Harry Wichman was one of the Demons best, while ruckman Jamie Mooney also impressed. Sam Stening finished with six goals for the Demons while Kane Flack, Ed Perryman and Noah Harper were named among their top performers.
