GRIFFITH NOTES: "Riverina Football Record" August 13, 1995 - No. 18  

Well, application, dedication and being part of a united team on the training track certainly plays dividends on the playing field. Now that the business end of the season is fast approaching, how far we go as a club is dependent on everyone having a red hot go on the training track and the results will come as they did last week against EWK.
Under 18's started the day off in the right manner with a good win. The Area News Incentive award winners were Kevin Collins $20, Gavin Simpkin $15 and Dwayne Ashcroft $10, other good players were Glen Vaccari and Steven Serafin.
The 2nds also had a good win despite Fatty's antics during the warmup. Maybe it should be done every game as he certainly cleaned up, the $20 bet and the $30 in the incentive awards, other incentive winners were Richie Telfer $20 and Rod Best $10. Ian Geddes certainly had the ball on a string and was the Players Player award winner while Myles Bunn was the Mugs next victim.
With a full list of players against one of our best sides put on the paddock this year. Incentive award winners were $100 Shane Ruyg, $50 Chris Conlan, $30 Daniel Tuohey, $20 Tony Butcher. Others good players were Phil Rowston, who was the players player & 'Swampy' Davis, Matt Kenny, Greg Collins and Gaby Weetra.
This week its Collingullie at the Exies Oval, so let's keep up the good work.
